Believe it or not, it’s quite common for incorrect contact information about your agency to spread through the internet. Online business directories get their information from a variety of sources and if your phone number is wrong in one place it can spread everywhere else. It’s a good idea to check your main listings once a month to make sure all your contact information is 100% accurate. I’ve seen agents lose business for YEARS because they didn’t keep an eye on this.
